Abdel, the caretaker, was so friendly and helpful. Especially when it came to such matters as parking, what to pay for things, and finding your way. He truly cared about our experience in morocco!
The pool was not actually heated as it was advertised.

Interesting decor, nice layout, and very relaxed staff who told us to sleep until we woke on our last day and still provided breakfast at 11am!
A little bit faded glory; chips on soap dishes etc, which could be easily fixed. And don't rely on the map - it's actually at least 500m away from where Booked.net's map shows it to be! It's in Sidi Abd el Aziz, near the Moussine Fountain, no where near Bab Taghzout as marked.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated within walking distance of key attractions and the bustling souks. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, providing helpful guidance and assistance.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. Additionally, being charged separately for small water bottles was unexpected, especially since other hotels we stayed at included them in the room charge.

The staff is really friendly. They help you whereever they can and you can ask for anything. The rooms are all beautifull decorated and clean. The Riad is central located near the big Place el Fna. Once you are a little bit familiar with the streets in the Medina you will find everything really close to the Riad. During the evening and night there is even a guard who takes you to the Riad from the "bigger" street.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. The location was ideal, great to easily explore all the nearby attractions. The staff, particularly Ahmed, were professional, friendly, and were very good too make us feel welcome and pampered throughout our stay. The fresh orange juice at breakfast was a standout, and the terrace with deckchairs and a small swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the heat. We highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return!
